Female MC Venomiss is not only a creator of music but also a fan of Hip Hop. She was born in Newark New Jersey and raised throughout Orange, East Orange and Montclair, New Jersey.

Her fascination with Hip Hop began at an early age of eight as her older cousins pursued a recording deal. Hip Hop was all around her as New Jersey had many hot artists at the time. She used to put on shows in the living room reciting every song that came on.

Music became her bright spot during dark times in her life. She decided to pursue rapping herself at the age of 13 starting out in street battles and cyphers. By age 16, she was everywhere that Hip Hop was performing in small showcases, open mics , talent shows and battles. By age 17, she created a record label and even recruited  talented artists from across the country that both rapped and produced.  She didn't have the means to make it happen at such a young age, but she had the vision!

By her teens and college days, she was making a name for herself by performing and battling and found some success online with over 40,000 page views and 20,000 downloads of her music which at the time was a huge feat since internet music was an uncharted territory. She won a few competitions while in College and headlined an event at the school as a a result. Eventually, dropping out of college Venomiss kept her music at the forefront and began writing for several blogs as a way to keep her passion at the forefront.

Her debut release, Heiress of The Echelon earned her 19 award nominations across the Country and 4 wins, including two wins for Album of the Year, both never previously held by a female artist at both independent awards shows. The lead single to this album "clap" totes 1 Million plays on Spotify. The infectious EDM and Hip Hop infused anthem found her in the spotlight internationally. "Clap" went on to be a underground international hit breaking barriers in the United States underground as well as Germany, UK and Australia.
